Terms of Use

Version: 2026-10-07

Warblet is a telemetry and automation service operated by Robota LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These terms govern warbletiot.com, the portal, APIs, device endpoints, and connected tools. You accept them when you agree during account creation or otherwise expressly accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data; accepting these terms does not give blanket consent to unrelated processing.

Who may use Warblet

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you act for a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it; "you" then includes that organization.

Keep your contact details accurate and protect your sign-in, device credentials, API keys, and connected tools. You are responsible for the permissions you give people and agents and for their authorized activity. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, and revoke or rotate affected credentials.

Use it for things that can safely fail

Warblet is not designed, tested, or certified for applications where failure could injure people or damage property. Messages and commands can be lost, delayed, duplicated, or wrong. You must build and test safe failure behavior in your own devices and applications.

Do not use Warblet in or for:

  • Safety-of-life systems, where a missing, delayed, wrong, or forged message could endanger someone.
  • Medical devices or care, including patient monitoring, dosing, life support, or alerts a caregiver relies on.
  • Aviation or flight, including aircraft, drone flight controls or command links, and airspace systems.
  • Vehicles or heavy machinery that move people or could crush them.
  • Critical infrastructure, including power, water, fuel, emergency services, or alarms relied on for life safety.
  • Weapons of any kind.

These restrictions apply at every security level, including during testing. Choose and validate the security level and transport suitable for your project. Device authentication alone does not encrypt a connection.

Your content and our service

You keep ownership of your device data, code, configurations, and other content. You must have the rights, notices, and permissions needed to collect that data, use it through Warblet, and send it to recipients you choose. Do not conduct unlawful surveillance or record people without the permissions required by law.

You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to receive, store, process, transmit, and display your content only as needed to provide and secure Warblet and carry out your instructions. This includes using service providers for those purposes. It gives us no ownership of your content and no right to sell it, advertise with it, or train AI models on it.

Publishing a template makes its published code and configuration available to other users. Their installed copies may remain after you remove yours. AI features and webhooks send the content needed for the action to the provider or destination you choose. Review generated code and commands before using them; you remain responsible for what your devices do.

The service, software, interface, and Warblet branding belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service under these terms and your applicable limits. No ownership of our software or branding transfers to you.

Acceptable use

These rules apply to all activity and content, including device payloads, templates, code, names, descriptions, messages, webhooks, and connected agents. Do not use Warblet to create, store, send, publish, promote, or facilitate:

  • Illegal activity, fraud, scams, phishing, deceptive impersonation, or false claims of affiliation.
  • Obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit content, even where lawful; sexual exploitation; child sexual abuse material; or non-consensual intimate content, including fabricated images.
  • Harassment, stalking, threats, hateful abuse, incitement to violence, or disclosure of private information without lawful authority.
  • Infringement of intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights, or use of material without the necessary rights or permissions.
  • Spam, abusive messaging, malicious code, credential theft, unauthorized access, attacks, or disruption of devices, services, or networks.
  • Evasion of authentication, safety controls, quotas, payment restrictions, suspensions, or other access controls; excessive resource abuse; or unauthorized resale of service access.

Attempts and assistance to others are covered too. Ordinary code, supported automation, and authorized API use are permitted within these rules and the service limits.

Report abuse or copyright concerns to support@warbletiot.com. Include the affected resource and enough detail to investigate; do not attach illegal material. We may investigate, restrict or remove content, suspend access, or close an account. Serious abuse or urgent legal or security needs may require immediate action. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and you may ask us to review it. We make legally required reports and disclosures; we do not promise to inspect every private message or payload.

Availability, changes, and leaving

Free service is offered at our discretion, subject to published limits. A future paid offer applies only if you separately accept its price and billing terms. We may change or retire features and interrupt service for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our control. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

Keep copies of content you need. You can request an export and schedule account deletion in Settings, or contact support. Export delivery has a security delay, and normal retention continues while you wait. Request and download an export before deletion takes effect. The Privacy Policy explains timing, export limits, and records excluded from an export.

You may stop using Warblet at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms, a legal requirement, or discontinuation of the service. Unless urgent security or legal requirements prevent it, we will give you a reasonable chance to export available content before we discontinue the service or terminate an account for reasons other than serious abuse. Statutory privacy rights continue to apply after access ends.

Warranties and liability

While we do everything possible to offer a robust service, Warblet is provided as is and as available, to the extent allowed by law. We disclaim express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, delivery, accuracy, security, or retention beyond commitments expressly stated in a separate agreement.

To the extent allowed by law, Robota LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data. Our total liability arising from Warblet or these terms is limited to the greater of US $100 or the fees you paid us for Warblet in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent allowed by law, you will defend and indemnify Robota LLC against third-party claims arising from your unlawful or prohibited use, content that infringes another person’s rights, or material breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by us. This covers resulting damages, agreed settlements, and reasonable legal costs. We will promptly notify you and reasonably cooperate. You may not settle a claim by admitting fault for us or imposing an obligation on us without our written agreement.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We will post revised terms with a new version date and give advance notice of material changes through the portal or your account email. The notice will state when changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept them, except where law requires further agreement. If you disagree, stop using the service and export your content before that date.

Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes belong in the state or federal courts sitting in Dallas County, Texas, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Content ownership, accrued obligations, and the liability, indemnity, and governing-law provisions survive termination as needed to give them effect.
